María José Antivar
María José Antivar is an intern at the Institute for Integrated Transitions (IFIT) in Bogotá, Colombia.
Prior to joining IFIT, María José worked in the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) in “macro case 10” (non-amnestiable crimes committed by the FARC-EP in the framework of the Colombian armed conflict), specifically on the issue of victims.
She is currently completing a degree in International Relations and Political Science and Government at the Universidad del Rosario. Her areas of interest are human rights, transitional justice and peacebuilding.
Working languages: English and Spanish.
