Temi Sanusi Balogun

Temi Sanusi Balogun is the Administrative Officer at the Institute for Integrated Transitions (IFIT), where she has been contributing since 2019. She brings valuable experience from the hospitality industry, having developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and multi-tasking. Before joining IFIT, Temi held various front-of-house roles, including Guest Service Associate at Hotel Pirineos, a four-star hotel in Figueres, Girona, and Receptionist at Hotel Arts, a five-star hotel in central Barcelona. She also served as a Tourism Officer at the Girona city tourism office and the Girona Airport, managing daily operations and assisting visitors.

In addition to her hospitality experience, Temi spent nearly three years as a Financial Assistant at IFIT, where she developed skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day financial management.

Temi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the University of Girona, where she focused on tourism management and smart tourism development. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona School of Management (UPF BSM), with a specialization in Controlling.
