Shruti Mehrotra

Shruti Mehrotra has spent two decades advising government leaders, sovereign investors, and global institutions on strategy and decision-making through major geopolitical and economic transitions. She has served as special advisor to three heads of state in emerging markets and designed over $500 million in sovereign and philanthropic capital vehicles.

She is Founder and Executive Chair of Aurora, an initiative that convenes the world’s major wisdom traditions to address the foundational moral questions being raised by AI, and CEO and Founding Partner of Syla Capital, an investment platform structuring technology and capital relationships between middle powers, starting with Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem and allied economies. She was named a US Presidential Leadership Scholar by the centres of Presidents Bill Clinton and G.W. Bush, and a Global Leadership Fellow by the World Economic Forum.

She holds an Executive MBA/MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and INSEAD, and degrees in Applied Mathematics and Global Politics from the London School of Economics.
