Rethinking the Negotiation Paradigm: Introducing “Fast-Track” Negotiation

On November 13, 2024, IFIT Founder and Executive Director Mark Freeman presented his preliminary draft of the Fast-Track Negotiation model at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.

The Fast-Track Negotiation model will be published in early 2025 and followed by a global promotion and engagement process.
